Do you enjoy making out your weekly grocery list? Most of us don't! Make it easier by creating a standardized grocery shopping list.

Use Microsoft Word to create the list, and print this on a #10 envelope and store the coupons inside the envelope.

Open Microsoft Word, open a blank document. Change the Page Setup by clicking on FILE, Page Setup, Margins, Top and Bottom = .7, Left and Right = .5. The Orientation should be Portrait. Click on the Paper tab, change the Paper size to Custom, width = 4.125, height = 9.5 inches, click on OK.

Type "Date:" and hit Enter two times.

Type "Store:" and hit Enter two times.

Insert a Table by clicking on TABLE, Insert, Table, Table size should be Columns = 2, Rows = 35, click on OK.

Click and drag the line in the center of the table to the left to create a small box, about .25 inches. This small box is only used to check off items.

Click in the second box in the first row and start typing items you purchase regularly. For example: Milk, Bread, Eggs etc. Leave some blank lines to write in other grocery items. Add some embellishments to your grocery list by adding pictures, changing the color of text and table boarders or anything else that comes to mind.

Have Fun!
