Microsoft Office has integrated features that allows you to combine documents from it's different software programs. Toolbars and Icons are the same.
Page 2C. If you have worked with Microsoft Word, look at what you already know 1. Selecting Text use your mouse and left click once at the beginning of text, hold the left mouse button down and drag the mouse straight down to highlight your text. Existing text must be selected to change the formatting. 2. Cut/Paste (Standard Toolbar)Click on the scissors to CUT, move cursor to new position, click on PASTE to paste your text. (Text must be selected before cutting and pasting) 3. Fonts, Font colors (Formatting Toolbar)Change the font and font colors. 4. Bold, Italic, Underline text (Formatting Toolbar) Change the look of your text to make your text stand out. (Text must be selected before editing) 5. Find/Replace (Menu Bar) Click on EDIT, REPLACE, click in the box next to Find what:, type word to be replaced, click in box next to Replace with:, type new word, and click on Replace or Replace All. Find and Replace is used to change specific words or formatting. 6. Undo (Standard Toolbar) Remove changes that were made to your document. 7. Redo (Standard Toolbar)Reversed the UNDO command. 8. Office Assistant (Menu Bar) The Assistant is a help tool. Turn on the Assistant by clicking on HELP, Show the Office Assistant. Ask questions by clicking on the Assistant, then type your question in the box. 9. Format Painter (Formatting Toolbar) Copies the formatting of selected text, which can be applied to other text.
