Royalty Free does not mean that the graphics are always free of cost; many sites have a paid subscription service. Some sites charge per photo.
The list below is free of cost, but many of them do require the user to sign up and give basic information about themselves. When using any royalty free graphic, the user must give the artist credit, and in some cases, the artist needs to be contacted to get permission before using their work.
Artists who create these images, usually have other pictures for sale. Some also take requests for specific images.
