Make Your Documents Really Stand Out

You can add text as a watermark in the background of your documents. Background text can be used as "First Draft," "Second Draft," "FYI," "ASAP," or just about anything.


Using Microsoft Word, to insert your background text, click on FORMAT, Background, Printed Watermark. Now click on the "Text" button, type your text in the text box, choose a font, choose a size or use the "Auto," pick a color for your text and a layout, either diagonal or horizontal. When finished, click on "Apply," then click on OK.

To remove the text, click on FORMAT, Background, No Fill.
