Create PDF files for business, the internet and sharing, similar to Adobe's PDF files using ScanSoft PDF Converter Professional 4.

With ScanSoft PDF Converter Professional 4, you can easily create 100% accurate PDF (Portable Document Format) files and e-forms from Microsoft Word, Excel, Corel Word Perfect and other software. PDF Converter Pro can also create one PDF file from multiple files. These files can be shared and printed. Any PDF file that was created with text, rather than a scanned document, can later be converted back to the same type of file that can be edited. The Converter has many editing functions, highlighting, annotating and editing text.

You can also add information and rearrange existing text and graphics. The program launches quickly and converts file with just one mouse click. The converter also uses advanced PDF/A technology to compress files for easier archiving and sharing.

PDF files can also be converted to audio with text to speech software for your PC, MP3 player or for an Apple iPod. The male voice is friendly and easy to understand, and pauses at periods and commas. It even reads abbreviations!

The PDF Converter Professional 4 saves you money, by creating digital fill in e-forms that can be used to collect information from the internet. Your business saves time and money since everything is digital and not printed on paper. The software uses (LFR) Logical Form Recognition technology, which is the same scientific methods, used by the Secret Service and the IRS.

The only problem encountered with this software is that it does not work well for professional print applications. The colors are not true enough for professional printing, however, they work well on your screen.

Overall, ScanSoft PDF Converter 4 is easy to use and is inexpensive. To get your copy click here.

I wondered what the benefits were of formatting a document or file in the PDF format? I've shared many documents just straight from Word but now wonder if I should be converting and why?

Any document that you have created and shared with someone that you do not want changed, should be converted to a PDF file. Many financial documents are pdf.
